Taken at Auckland International Airport, November, 1992. The Beriev Amphibian looks awesome in the air - the anhedral on the wings combined with the wingtip floats, and the high set engines give at a 'sci-fi' look when seen from either of the forward quarters - this side view shows the 'bulk' of the aircraft.
