ZK-LIZ (LY-AIS)

Taken at Stratford, March 9th, 1997. The pointy end - the red painted wooden propellor is visible, but the power plant isn't. The 360hp nine-cylinder Ivchenko M14P radial is hidden behind the thermostatically operated cooling shutters. Note the huge volume of dead bugs at the bottom lip of the cowling!
