Wanaka 2000 Airshow

Taken at Wanaka, 22 April, 2000. This working model of an 1889 Shand Mason horse drawn fire engine was built by John Newlands for the Ashburton Volunteer Fire Brigade. It is displayed in front of the real thing - which was last used in action in 1937.
