Taken at Whenuapai, March 17, 2001. Port wing seen from forward looking inboard. This shows the pylons. Fitted to the outboard pylon is a smoke generator (SCSC-4), while the inner holds a MULC (multi use luggage compartment). I guess this makes the aircraft as useful as a sport car - you can take the golf clubs). The outer side of the tip tank shows the formation and nav lights. Tank capacity for the tip tanks is 1020 litres (1807 pounds).
