Douglas DC-3

ZK-BKD

Taken at Rotorua. This is an ex-Fieldair top-dressing aircraft. The DC-3 was resting in a paddock across the road from Rotorua airport, along with a few other unhappy looking aircraft. I'm not sure of the date, but because of the lens, I think it was around 1992 (it may have been a year earlier). The aircraft is no longer there, and I have no information on its fate.
