Taken at Rukuhia, Easter, 1995. The HeliHarvest Mil-17 going through its paces for the airshow crowd. The display involved picking up and moving large logs. The aircraft is used for selective logging - where trees are felled and removed by air, reducing the need for logging roads and other damage to the forest environment.
